摘　　要：对某厂20万吨/年甲醇装置DCS系统进行了DCS仿真设计,对甲醇生产流程模拟系统的体系构架进行系统分析,对软件进行需求分析,提出采用Delphi组件技术建立教师机/DCS仿真操作站的B/S甲醇生产流程模拟软件体系。通过系统分析结果完成了甲醇流程主要设备如转化炉、压缩机、合成反应器的机理模型设计。The DCS simulation system for a 200t/y methanol mamufacture unit has been established by means of analyzing the System Architecture of methanol production process and the requirements analysis of DCS simulation software. With Delphi component technology, we have built B / S methanol production process simulation software system to simulate teacher / DCS simulation of operating station, and we also completed the mechanism of design model for the major equipment, such as methanol conversion process heaters, compressors, synthesis reactor.
