摘　　要：介绍了航标遥测管理系统的工作原理和主要软硬件设备。阐述了遥测机顶盒的设计要求。着重从单片机和GSM通讯模块的应用角度对实现遥测机顶盒硬件设计进行了探讨和分析。通过对上位机、单片机和GSM通讯模块三者之间的串口通讯原理进行分析后,完成了机顶盒系统的软件设计。It describes the principle and main components of the navigation mark monitor system, presents the design of the monitor roof - box. It gives the detail about Short Message Service（SMS） function of GSM system, application of single - chip microcomputer and GSM communication module, the principle of the serial communication. It illustrates the software construction.
