摘 要:用小卫星(Minisatellite)DNA核心序列引物,分析甜瓜种质资源的遗传多样性.结果表明,扩增多态性条带数较多的YNZ22,HBV3,14C2和HBV5引物,在54份甜瓜上的区分率分别达61.6%,44.4%,42.6%和33.3%,这4条小卫星DNA核心序列引物将有助于甜瓜种质资源的高效鉴定;9条引物显示了54份甜瓜的遗传距离在0.08~0.74(平均遗传差异距离在0.375),并将54份甜瓜分为2大类:Ⅰ类,包括2份野生甜瓜和5份厚皮甜瓜;Ⅱ类,可再分为2个亚类,Ⅱ-1包括12份薄皮甜瓜和4份厚皮甜瓜,Ⅱ-2包括31份厚皮甜瓜.Genetic diversity of melon was analyzed by using minisatellite DNA core sequence primer.The result showed that the identification rate was 61.6%,44.4%,42.6% and 33.3% respectively in the more amplified diversity band YNZ22,HBV3,14C2 and HBV5 primers,the four primers would be help for the more effective identifying C.melon.9 primers indicated GD of 54 melon were between 0.08~0.74(average GD was 0.375),and 54 melon were divided two kinds: one included 5 wild melon and 2 C.melo sp.melo.;the other was divided two sub-kinds,the first included 12 C.melo sp.conomon and 4 C.melo sp.melo,the second had 31 C.melo sp.melo.
