不同生态区宁杞1号果实中微量元素质量分数差异性分析

摘  要:对宁夏银川、新疆金河、内蒙古阿拉善左旗和河北巨鹿4个不同生态区的宁杞1号(Lycium barbarumL.)果实中的微量元素质量分数进行研究,结果表明:不同生态区的宁杞1号果实中,锰、铁、锌的质量分数差异性均达到极显著水平;阿拉善左旗与巨鹿之间,宁杞1号果实中硒的质量分数差异性不显著,而在其他生态区之间,硒的质量分数差异性达到极显著水平;巨鹿的宁杞1号果实中,锰和锌质量分数最高,银川的宁杞1号果实中锰的质量分数最低,阿拉善左旗的宁杞1号果实中锌的质量分数相对较低;金河的宁杞1号果实中铁和硒的质量分数最高.The microelement amounts in the fruits of Lycium barbarum L.from 4 different ecotopes of Yinchuan in Ningxia,Jinhe in Xinjiang,Alax Left Banner in Inner Mongolia and Julu in Hebei were detected.The results showed that the differences of the contents of Mn,Fe and Zn in the fruits of L.barbarum between different ecotopes reached the most significant levels,and the differences of the contents of Se in the fruit of L.barbarum between Alax and Julu did not reach significant level but the differences of the contents of Se in the fruit of L.barbarum between other ecotopes reached significant level.The contents of Mn and Zn in fruits of L.barbarum from Julu were the highest.The content of Mn in fruit of L.barbarum from Yinchuan was the least.The content of Zn in fruit of L.barbarum in from Alax was the least.The contents of Fe and Se in fruit of L.barbarum from Jinhe were the highest.
