摘　　要：针对国家碳纤维开发阶段出现的不足,提出了规模化应用必须解决的工艺问题。主要是:要有足够的连续长度,且长度一致;纤维束收卷宽度基本相同;线密度稳定,离散系数小;无断头、无毛团、毛丝少;根据不同用途加捻或无捻;有针对性合理地上浆;还必须有良好的贮存稳定性。Aiming at the short coming of the normal made carbon fiber in the development period,this article proposes the following requirements of carbon fibre in the large scale application,such as： sufficient continuous length and width,stable linear density,small CV value,no disconnection,less fuzz,no hairball,twisted according to different applications or untwisted,sizing properly and good storage stability.
