摘  要:为确定火炸药粉尘环境用防爆电气设备的型式参数,设计了壳体粉尘侵入量试验,分别测试了止口接合面不同间隙和不同止口高度下的进粉量,进行了结果分析。试验结果表明:控制接合面间隙在0.10mm以下,止口高度在9mm以上时,能起到较好的防尘效果。In order to determine the model of electrical apparatus used in environment with propellant and explosive dust, the test for measuring the amount of invaded dust were carried out. The effects of the gap of joint surface and the height of rabbet on the amount of invaded dust were investigated. The results showed that it would have good performance of dust control if the gap of joint surface was lower than 0.10mm and the height of rabbet was over 9mm.
