摘　　要：主要介绍了镗床刀杆改进、设计导杆孔胎以及设计车床用钻孔卡具的方法,解决了ZY3600/9.5/22掩护式液压支架底座、导杆及连接座难加工问题,从而提高了生产效率和加工质量。The improvement on tool bar of boring machine is introduced , and the design of position die for drilling hole of guiding - rod and the design of location clamping tool for drilling hole on eommon lathe are also elaborated. These methods can solution the problem for the base, guiding - rod and butt plate of ZY3600/9.5/ 22 shield - type powered support hard machined, and can improve productive efficiency and process quality.
