摘 要:通过平行对比试验研究了投加MPE(抗污染增效剂)前后膜生物反应器的膜污染速率和出水水质,结果表明,MPE能延缓膜污染和改善水质,用单位膜面积通过单位体积水量时过膜压力(TMP)的增长速率来表征膜污染速率,未投加MPE、投加100 mg/L和300 mg/LMPE的k值分别为0.993 kPa/m0、.751 kPa/m和0.728 kPa/m.结合TMP变化探讨了MPE延缓膜污染的机理.MPE能絮凝混合液中的胞外聚合物(EPS),使污泥粒径变大,改善混合液特性,从而延缓TMP增长和维持膜通量.Membrane fouling rates and effluent quality of parallel tests with and without addition of MPE were compared, and the results show that MPE can slow up membrane fouling rates and make effluent quality better. Membrane fouling rates are described by a parameter k, which is defined as TMP increment when unit length of water column passes through the membrane surface, the values of k with MPE dose of 0 mg/L, 100 mg/L and 300 mg/L are 0. 993 kPa/m, 0. 751 kPa/m and 0. 728 kPa/m respectively. Based on the variation of TMP, the mechanism of reducing membrane fouling by MPE is discussed. MPE can coagulate EPS in the mixed liquor, and make the particle size larger, and improve filtration characteristics of the mixed liquor, so TMP increase is retarded and membrane flux is maintained.
