摘  要:通过改变操作压力、流速、浓度、温度、pH考察以MgSO4.7H2O为溶质,用H3PO4调节溶液pH,用溶胶凝胶法自制的管式γ-Al2O3纳米孔膜的性能.结果发现,操作压力对膜通量和截留率的影响显著,当压力由0.1 MPa升至0.3 MPa时,膜的渗透通量提高了75%,截留率提高了80%;同时温度及pH对也分别对渗透通量和截留率有较为显著的影响,特别是当pH从5.5降至3时,截留率提高了61%,认为酸性环境下有利于该膜对金属阳离子的脱除.The filtration performance of γ-Al2O3 mesoporous membrane was investigated under different operating parameters (pressure, flux, temperature and pH). The membrane was produced in sol - gel method, Mg- SO4·7H2O was used as solute, and H3PO4 was used to adjust the pH. The experimental results show that the pressure affects permeation flux and the rejection significantly. When increasing pressure from 0.1 MPa to 0.3 MPa, the permeation flux increases by 75 % and the rejection increases by 80%. Meanwhile, the changes of temperature and pH result in variation of permeation flux and rejection respectively. Especially when pride- creases from 5.5 to 3, the rejection increases dramatically by 61%. So it is benefit to decrease the solution pH to improve the cation rejection.
