摘  要:以杂萘联苯聚醚砜(PPES)为膜材料,N-甲基吡咯烷酮为溶剂,丙酸(PAc)、乙醚(EE)和丙醇(PAL)为非溶剂添加剂,采用相转化法制备了PPES超滤膜.结果表明:在0.1MPa的操作压力下,以EE为添加剂时,随着邻近比α值的增加,膜的纯水通量减小,对PEG10000截留率基本保持在99%;以PAL为添加剂时,随着邻近比α值的增加,膜的纯水通量呈现先增大后减小的趋势;以PAc为添加剂时,随着邻近比α值的增加,膜的水通量增加,截留率略有降低,膜的断面结构由指状孔结构向海绵状孔结构转变.The ultrafiltration membranes were prepared successfully from poly (phthalazinone ether sulfone) (PPES) with a phase inversion technique. Ether, propanol and propyl acid were used as nonsolvent additives (NSA) and N methyl - 2 - pyrrolidone(NMP) was used as solvent in the membrane preparation. Under the operating pre^ure of 0.1 MPa, when the NSA was ether, water flux decreased and got the rejection rate of 99% with the increase of a value; when propanol was used as NSA, water flux increased then decreased; when the NSA was propyl acid, it is found that the increase of a value could lead to the changing of membrane structure form finger to sponge, an increase of water flux and a decrease of reiection.
