3种结膜囊冲洗液内眼术前冲洗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:提高内眼术前结膜囊冲洗效果。方法:将210例需行内眼手术的患者随机分为A、B、C 3组各70例70只眼,A组用生理盐水200 mL、B组用0.02%升汞+生理盐水各100 mL,C组用0.4%庆大霉素液及生理盐水各100 mL做为结膜囊冲洗液。冲洗前、后用眼拭子采集结膜囊标本送检做细菌培养,并对3组结膜充血情况进行比较观察。结果:A组结膜囊充血程度最轻,B组最重,C组中等。结论:单纯使用生理盐水代替传统的内眼术前结膜囊冲洗液,可减少化学药物对眼部的刺激性、毒性等副作用,提高结膜囊的冲洗效果。Objective： To increase the effeciency of irrigating solution of conjunctival sac before intraocular surgery. Methods： 210 cases were divided into three groups randomly. The irrigating solution of A greup（70 cases） is saline（200 ml）. The irrigating solution OfB greup（70 cases） is the mixed solution of 0.02% mercury bichloride（ 100 ml） and saline（ 100 ml）. The irrigating solution of C greup（70 cases） is the mixed solution of 0.4% gentamicin（ 100 ml） and saline（ 100 ml）. The specimens of conjunctival sac were collected and checked before irrigating and after irrigating. Then the conjunctival congestions of three group were compared. Results： The conjunctival congestions of A group was evidently more lighter than that of B groups and the conjunctival congestions of C group was more lighter than that of B groups. Conclusion： The saline is a more effective and economical method for intraocular surgery. It can reduce side effect and increase the effeciency of irrigating solution of conjunctival sac.
