摘 要:采用微波消解技术将上海第二工业大学金海路校区水体表层沉积物消解,应用全谱直读ICP—AES同时测定Cd,Cu,Mn,Cr,Pb和Zn;方法检出限1.4~15.6μg/L方法的回收率和精密度分别为95.0%~103.3%和0.4%~1.9%。对10个采样点的测定结果表明:所测6种元素的含量均低于背景值;相关性分析表明Cu与Mn,Pb和Zn的相关性比较大,Mn与Pb和Zn也具有较大的相关性,而Cd和Cr两元素与所研究的几个元素相关性比较小;利用地质积累指数法对沉积物中重金属污染进行评价,结果表明校区水体末被重金属污染。The sediments samples from water body around Jinhai campus of SSPU were digested using a microwave system and the pollutants in the prepared solution were then determined by ICP-AES. The detection limits of the pollutants are in the range of 1.4-15.6 μg/L. Recoveries and precisions of the method are in the range of 95.0 %-103.3 % and 0.4 %-1.9 %, respectively. The result show that the contents ofCd, Cu, Mn, Cr, Pb and Zn are lower than the value of background. Correlate analysis indicated that Cu, Mn, Pb and Zn have great significance. Geoaccumulation index (Igeo) were applied to assessment of the heavy metal pollutants and result show that water body around Jinbai campus of SSPU were not polluted by heavv metals.
