摘  要:采用室内模拟试验,探讨了不同温度、pH值对甲基毒死蜱水解速率的影响。气质联用法测定结果表明,甲基毒死蜱的水解速率受水温和pH值影响较大,随着水温和pH值的升高,水解速率加快。水体pH值的变化对水解速率的影响要比温度大。甲基毒死蜱的主要水解产物为3,5,6-三氯-2-羟基吡啶。The effects of temperature and pH on hydrolysis rate of methylchlorpyrifos were studied by GC-MS. The results indicated that hydrolysis rate of methylchlorpyrifos was significantly affected by temperature and pH value. The higher temperature and bigger pH value, the more rapidly methylchlorpyrifos hydrolyzed. The effect of pH on hydrolysis rate was more significant than that of temperature. 3, 5, 6-trichloro-2- hydroxypyridine is the primary product in hydrolysis of methylchlorpyrifos.
