表象训练在体操技术教学中的效用研究

摘  要:采用实验法,将学生随机分成两组进行实验,对照组进行常规教学,实验组在常规教学的基础上实施表象训练.结果表明,有目的地运用表象训练能促进学生形成正确的体操技术动作表象,加速掌握体操技术和提高运动技能,培养学生的兴趣,从而提高教学质量,并对表象训练方法提出建议.Uses the cut-and-try method, divided into the student two groups to carry on stochastically the experiment, the control group carries on the conventional teaching, the experimental group has implemented in the conventional teaching foundation the imaginary training. The experimental result proved that has the destination to be able to promote the student using the imaginary training to form the correct gymnastics technology movement representation, raises student's interest, the acceleration grasping gymnastics technology and enhances the movement skill, thus improves the quality of teaching, and outs forward the orooosal to the imaginary training.
