摘 要:以0.1mol·L^-1CuSO4水溶液和4mol·L^-1NaOH水溶液为原料,采用沉淀法制备得到Cu(0H)2,再进行Cu(OH)2的分解反应。考察了电子束照射分解、微波分解和热分解等不同分解方法对分解产物形貌的影响。结果表明:纳米Cu(OH)2的直径为10~30nm,长度为1~6μm;电子束照射分解干燥的固相Cu(OH)2纤维得到链球状的CuO,Cu(OH)2纤维分散得越好CuO粒度越小;微波分解干燥的固相Cu(OH)2纤维得到链球状的CuO,Cu(OH)2纤维分散得越好CuO粒度越小;热分解干燥的固相Cu(OH)2纤维得到链球状的CuO,其粒径随温度的升高而增大,在温度低于200℃时CuO的粒径约为20nm左右;在液相中先沉淀后升温分解时,CuO的形貌为球形,CuO粒径随温度的升高而增大,60℃分解可得到纳米级的CuO;在液相中先升温后沉淀时,CuO的形貌为纤维状,CuO粒径随温度的升高而增大,60℃分解可得到纳米级的CuO。The 0. 1mol·L^-1 CuSO4 aqueous solution and 4mol·L^-1 NaOH aqueous were prepared by CuSO4- 5H2O and NaOH as raw materials. The Cu(OH)2 nanofibre were prepared by chemical precipitation. The CuO were prepared by decomposition reaction. The effect of Cu( OH)2 decomposition method on figure of CuO were studied. The results indicate that the nano-Cu (OH)2 have a diameter of 10 -- 30 nm and a length of 1 -- 6gm. The granularity of nano-CuO increase with agglomeration of Cu(OH)2 in solid electron beam decomposition. The nano- CuO granularity is about 20nm. The granularity of nano-CuO increase with agglomeration of Cu( OH)2 in solid microwave decomposition. The nano-CuO granularity is about 10nm. The granularity of nano-CuO increase with temperature of Cu( OH)2 in solid thermal decomposition. The nano-CuO granularity is about 20nm. The figure of nanoCuO is spheri when precipitation in solution then pyrogenation is fulfillied. The granularity of nano-CuO increase with temperature. The nano-CuO granularity is about 40nm thermal decomposition at 60℃. The figure of nano-CuO is fibrous when pyrogenation in solution then precipitation, is fulfillied. The granularity of nano-CuO increase with temperature. The diameter of nano-CuO ias about 10nm, and length is about 100nm thermal decomposition at 60℃ .
