摘 要:应用SPSS统计学软件,进行了80%敌敌畏农药对"两广二号"家蚕安全间隔期的拟合曲线方程分析。结果表明:敌敌畏1000倍液和2000倍液的安全间隔期分别是7天和5.5天,其数学模型均为幂函数曲线方程:y=88.0653x-1.8340和y=55.3353x-1.8035。该方法克服了以往农药对家蚕的安全间隔期确定无数学模型可循或使用的BASIC编程方法陈旧、繁杂的不足,是一种计算简便、准确和严谨的农药安全期的分析新方法。The fitting curve equation of safe intervals of 80%DDVP for" LiangGuang Ⅱ" Silkworms were analyzed through applied the statistical software (SPSS). The results indicated that the safe intervals of DDVP of 1 000 multiple and 2 000muhiple diluted were 7 days and 5.5 days respectively, and their mathematical models were both Power function curve equation: y=88. 0653x^-1.8340 and y=55.3353x^-1.8035 This new method, which is a simple, accurate and rigorous method on analysis of pesticides' safe intervals for silkworms, has overcome the lacks that identification of the safety interval of pesticides for silkworms had no mathematical model to follow or the method of BASIC programming used was too old and complicated in the past.
