摘　　要：我国花样滑冰取得的骄人成绩,教练员起到很大的作用。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计及逻辑分析法等研究方法对我国优秀花样滑冰教练员进行现状调查,分析原因,找出问题,以期提高教练员队伍的水平。希望通过教练的手,锻造出更多优秀的选手,在花样滑冰国际舞台上开辟出中国人更广阔的领地。China＇s figure skatingcoaches plays an important effect on the excellent achievement during in various competition. Using the methods of documentary, experts interview, questionary investigation, statistic and logical analysis, The author researches on the actuality of China＇s excellent figure skating coaches, aiming to find the problem and to improve all coaches＂ ability . Through the coaches＂ cultivating we can gain many performances in figure skating competition.
