摘 要:目的:探讨不同体育锻炼周期对老年妇女心理健康和生活质量的作用,为老年妇女的体育锻炼提供科学依据。方法:在3000多名退休的女性老年人中,选取80名身体健康的和无锻炼基础的女性老年人作为研究对象,随机分为练习太极拳组(实验组40人)和不锻炼组(对照组40人)。实验组于锻炼前,锻炼后2个月、4个月和6个月分别进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)、生活质量综合评定问卷(QOL-74)等量表问卷调查,对照组只进行6个月前后的问卷调查。结论:(1)体育锻炼能提高女性老年人的心理健康水平,改善生活质量;(2)不同锻炼周期对女性老年人心理健康和生活质量的影响不同,必须长期坚持,效果才会显著。(3)年龄是影响老年人心理健康和生活质量的重要因素。This paper aiming to discuss different exercises effect the old women improve their mental health and life quality, and provide references for the exercises of the old women. Randomly divided the 80 healthy and no-regular-exereisebackground senile females into two different groups which select from 3000 retired senile females, the test group and control group each 40. Before the test and after 2 months, 4 months and 6 months by exercise shadowboxing, the test group giving self-rating scale of symptoms and comprehensive questionnaire of life quality, while the control group only give the above scales and questionnaires before and at the end of the test. The results show that physical exercise can improve mental health and life quality for the old women; different training cycle have different effects on old women's mental health and the life quality, the effects can be obtained when lasting exercise; Age is a key factor influence the mental health and life quality of senile people
