摘　　要：研究了用飞利蒲ＰＷ－１４０４Ｘ荧光仪所带有的自动扣除背景，计算经验Ｘ系数和干扰校正系数，多种基体校正数学模式校正基体效应和元素间谱线干扰等功能，采用粉末直接压片法来测定复杂１５个单一稀土元素，可取得满意结果。The article studied using the functions that philips PW-1404X flourescence spectrometer of automatic deducting background, calculatingexperience Alpha factor and interference correction factor, multiple matrix correct math model correcting matric effects and deducting spectral line interference between the elements. The determination of 15 rare earth elements in comlex rare earth concentrate with the method of powder direct-pressing plate. The accuracy and precision are satisfactory.
