摘　　要：面对日益严峻的来自国内外的竞争压力,面对越来越迫切的自主创新的需要,近年来我国的产学研合作创新获得了长足发展,但依然存在很多阻碍企业与高校以及科研机构有效开展合作创新的障碍。以产学研合作创新中的知识产权纠纷为切入点,在问卷调查的基础上,对造成知识产权纠纷的原因及应对措施进行了实证研究,证明契约完备度、组织灵活度、合作交流程度、合作时间长度、中介参与度以及合作经历对缓解产学研合作中的知识产权障碍有显著的积极作用。In recent years, faced with the foreign and domestic competition, and the pressing need of innovation, companics in China are more and more actively involved in cooperative R＆D with universities and research institutes. But there are still a lot of barriers impeding the cooperation. Our research started form the intellectual property rights conflicts in firm-universities R＆D cooperation, studied the reasons and countermeasures of the conflicts. Based on questionnaires, by the e contract, the length mp of irical study, we found that the flexibility of the organization, communication, the perfect of the the cooperation, experience in cooperation, and the intermediary agents have significant irffluence on reducing the IPR conflicts in the cooperative R＆D.
