摘　　要：运用统计分析方法，对近五年（1992～1996年）《干旱环境监测》载文及引文情况进行了分析比较，从中析出本刊具有遍布全国24个省、市、自治区、直辖市的热心于环境监测的科研队伍．所载论文内容广泛，几乎覆盖了环境监测研究的各个领域．引文量较高，比我国行业性技术刊物篇均引文量2．8篇高出1．825篇。Based on the analysis and comparision by statistics on articles and quotations in last five-year(1992-1995)'Arid Environ-ment Monitoring',the contributors to this journal covered 24 provinces and autonomous regions throughout China.The ar-ticles had a wide range of subjects which nearly covered all the fields of environmental monitoring and research.The quantity of quotations was large,with 1.825 quotations more in each article than arerage 2.8 quotations per article of Chinese techni-cal journals.
