摘  要:目的:研究家种三叶香茶菜的保肝降酶作用。方法:采用四氯化碳(CCl4)小鼠急性肝损伤动物模型及卡介苗和脂多糖(BCG+LPS)诱导的小鼠免疫性肝损伤模型,观察家种三叶香茶菜水提物对血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活力、血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活力和脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量的影响。结果:家种三叶香茶菜能明显抑制CCl4小鼠急性肝损伤及BCG+LPS诱导的小鼠免疫性肝损伤血清ALT活力和MDA含量,明显提高小鼠血清T-SOD活力(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:家种三叶香茶菜具有明显的保肝作用。Objective: To study the activity of protecting liver and reducing enzyme of cultivated Isodon Ternifoliae (D. Don) Kudo. Methods: The model of mice with acute liver injury made by CCl4 and the model of mice with immunological liver injury induced by BCG + LPS were used to observe the effect of aqueous extract of the cultivated Isodon Temifolia (D. Don) Kudo on activity of ALT, T- SOD and content of MDA. Results: The cultivated Isodon Ternifolia (D. Don) Kudo could markedly inhibit the acute liver injury of mice made by CC14 and the activities of ALT and the content of MDA in the serum of immunological liver injury of mice induced by BCG + LPS and increase the activities of T - SOD in blood serum of mice (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01) . Conclusions: There is a significant activity of protecting liver in cultivated Isodon Ternifoliae (D. Don) Kudo.
