摘  要:根据曹娥江大闸的环境特点,在曹娥江大闸建设前,对氯化橡胶涂料、氯化PE涂料、氯磺化PE涂料、脂肪族聚氨酯涂料和氟树脂涂料作为面涂层进行了浪溅区、潮差区、大气区的室外近2年的暴露试验和盐雾试验、盐水周期性浸泡试验、光老化试验、盐水浸泡试验以及2.5%硫酸浸泡试验(室内近10 500 h).试验结果表明,涂料的总体性能优劣顺序为:脂肪族聚氨酯涂料>氟树脂涂料>氯磺化PE涂料>氯化PE>氯化橡胶涂料;同时氟树脂涂料在大气区和人工光老化试验中显示了优越的耐候性.对有长寿命要求的场合,氯化树脂类涂料(如氯化橡胶、氯化聚乙烯等)不适合做面涂层.Anticorrosion tests of chlorinated rubber coatings, chlorinated polyethylene coatings, chlorosulfonated polyethylene coatings, aliphatic polyurethane coatings and fluorine resin coatings as top coatings were done wnsidering the environment of Cao'e River floodgate before its building. The tests included out-door exposure tests in splash zone, tide land zone and atmospheric zone, and indoor tests such as salt fog test, cycle salt solution marinating test, photo aging test, salt solution and acid(2.5% H2SO4)marinating test. The overall capability order is that aliphatic polyurethane coatings are the best, and then fluorine resin coatings, chlorosulfonated polyethylene coatings, chlorinated polyethylene coatings, and the chlorinated rubber coatings are the worst. The fluorine resin coatings have excellent aging-resistant capability in atmospheric zone test and photo aging test. The chlorinated resin coatings (chlorinated rubber coating, chlorinated polyethylene, etc) are not suitable for top coatings when long-life is required.
