摘　　要：采用密度为1.085g/mL的聚蔗糖-泛影葡胺(Ficoll-hypaque)分离液在20℃,800g,离心20min的情况下,可将鲫外周血中的淋巴细胞有效地分离出来,每毫升外周血可分离到的淋巴细胞数量平均为4.88×106个,淋巴细胞回收率为76.21%～93.79%,细胞存活率≥96%。The lymphocyte of carp peripheral blood could be separated by the density 1. 085 g/mL Ficoll-hypaque at 20 ℃ and 800 g centrifugation for 20 min. The average number of lymphocyte cells was 4.88×10^6 in one milliliter of blood, and the rate of lymphocyte recovery was 76.21% -93.79%. The cell survival rate was greater than or equal to 96%.
