摘  要:对攀钢瓦斯泥进行脱锌还原试验,并分析了还原温度、还原时间、焦粉配比和石灰对脱锌还原效果的影响。试验结果表明:瓦斯泥锌挥发率和铁金属化率均随反应温度升高和反应时间增加而增大,但温度的影响是决定性的。增加焦粉配比和石灰对锌挥发率和金属化率的影响不明显。Experiments on Zinc Removal and Deoxidization from PISCL Blast Furnace Sludge were carried out. Effluence of react temperature, time, coke powder ratio and lime on zinc removal effect were analyzed. According to the experiment results zinc volatilization rate and the metallization of iron in BF Sludge would be improved with the increase of reacting temperature and time, but the influence of temperature is crucial. The effect of increasing proportion of coke powder and lime were not so obvious.
