摘  要:用粉煤灰、石灰石、石膏作原料,烧制了以贝利特(β-C2S)为主、无水硫铝酸钙(C4A3S)为辅的高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥,其w(β-C2S)达60%、w(C4A3S)30%,熟料中无C3S和C3A。分析了率值和煅烧制度对熟料矿物形成的影响,较佳的煅烧工艺参数是:碱度系数Cm为0.95~1.03,铝硫比P为3.32~3.65,煅烧温度1280~1340℃,保温时间45~70min。试验表明C4A3S使水泥具有较高的早期强度,大量的β-C2S持续水化保证了水泥强度的稳定增长。水泥胶砂的1d、3d、7d和28d抗压强度分别为16.5MPa、28.0MPa、36.7MPa和48.6MPa。硬化水泥砂浆的总孔隙率低,最可几孔径小。The high belite sulphoaluminate cement (HBSAC) was made by calcined with fly ash, limestone and gypsum as raw materials. The primary and auxiliary mineral components of HBSAC are belite (β-C2S) and calcium sulphoaluminate (C4A3S) respectively. The main mineral constituents of the clinker are thatβ-C2S is over 60% , C4A3S is about 30%. There are not C3S and C3A in the clinker. The influence of clinker moduli values and calcined condition on the formation of clinker mineral was researched, and get the optimal calcined parameters from the experiment just as followings: alkalinity coefficient ( Cm ) 0.95 - 1.03, alumina-sulfur ratio (P) 3.32 - 3.65 ,calcined temperature 1280 - 1340 ℃, soaking time 45 - 70 min. The results shown that C4A3S can improve the early strength of HBSAC. The continual hydration of a great deal ofβ-C2S leads to the increasing of HBSAC later strength, its compressive strength were 16.5 MPa at 1 d, 28.0 MPa at 3 d, 36.7 MPa at 7 d, 48.6 MPa at 28 d respectively. The porosity of HBSAC hardening mortar is low, its most probable pore diameter is very small.
