摘 要:本文采用新型氧化剂CrO3,自蔓延高温合成了含Sr2+的钙钛矿,分析了自蔓延高温反应的理论基础并以XRD、SEM和电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪,分析合成产物的物相、显微结构及浸出率。结果表明:CrO3可将反应燃烧温度由常规1900K提高至2945K;当SrO含量为10%(质量含量,下同)时,可以获得较好的钙钛矿物相;当SrO含量为20%时可获最低浸出率2.8×10-3g/m2·d。此外,不同配比固化体浸出率皆小于0.13×10-1g/m2·d。Using CrO3 as an oxidant, perovskite ( CaTiO3 ) structure compound with Sr^2+ was synthesized by the self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) process. The foundation of the SHS theory was discussed while the phase, the microstruction and leaching rate of the products were investigated by XRD . SEM and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry analysis. The results show that: The combustion temperature is increased from 1900 K to 2945 K by using CrO3 ; an excellent product can be produced when SrO is 10% while the lowest leaching rate is 2.8 × 10^-3 g/m^2 . d when SrO is 20%. Besides, all the leaching rates of the immobilization are less than 0.13 × 10^-1 g/m^2 . d.
