摘 要:采用100对玉米SSR引物分析了陕西省23个主要玉米自交系的遗传多态性,从中筛选出扩增带型清晰、稳定的30对引物作为构建23个玉米自交系指纹图谱的核心引物。每对核心引物可以检测到3~8个数目不等的多态性片段,共153个多态性片段,平均为5.01个,PIC介于0.524~0.884之间,初步构建了陕西省玉米骨干自交系的指纹图谱。结果表明,利用SSR技术构建玉米自交系指纹图谱是可行的,可利用其进行玉米自交系及杂交种的真实性和纯度鉴定。23 maize inbred lines in shananxi province were analyzed by SSR marker. Among 100 pairs of primers, 30 pairs with steady polymorphism were selected as a set of core primers.3 alleles to 8 alleles were detected by each pair primers. There were 153 alleles detected in total. The average number of alleles was 5.01 per pair primer, the PIC ranged from 0.524 to 0.884. We also established finger printing for the 23 maize inbred lines. The experiment showed that SSR technique was practical and effective in maize inbred lines and variety protection, authenticity and purity identification.
