摘 要:对玉米主要产量性状GCA间的相互关系及产量性状表型值与其相应GCA间的相关系数进行了分析。结果表明,单株产量GCA与穗长、穗粗、行粒数、轴粗和百粒重5个性状的GCA呈极显著正相关关系,与穗行数相关不显著。通径分析表明,穗粗、穗长、行粒数和百粒重GCA对单株产量GCA有较大的直接作用,是影响单株产量GCA的主要因素。产量性状表型值与其相应GCA间无显著关系,表明杂交育种中通过表型选择不能提高产量性状的GCA,必须要通过测交鉴定才能筛选出高GCA的后代。This study is focus on GCA correlation of main yield characters and the coefficient ot correlation between yield characters and its GCA in maize. The results showed that yields per plant's GCA was highly significantly positively correlated with ear length's GCA, ear diameter's GCA, Kernels per row's GCA, cod diameter's GCA, 100-kernels weight' s GCA respectively, and was not significantly correlated with rows per ear's GCA. The results of path analysis showed that the yields per plant's GCA was mainly dominated by ear length's GCA, ear diameter's GCA, kernels per row' s GCA, 100-kernels weight' s GCA. And yield characters were not significantly correlated with its GCA, so it must identify via test-crossing but not select agronomic characters to enhance GCA.
