摘　　要：造纸纤维原料的供应不足已成为制约我国造纸工业发展的重要因素,我国历来是一个草类原料的生产大国,但长期以来环保问题仍然限制了草浆的利用。文章通过我国近年来对草浆清洁生产工艺技术的研发实例,提出了认真贯彻合理利用非木材纤维原料政策的战略思想。For lack of wood fiber as raw meterial provision the most important facter that restricts the production development in china paper industry nonwood fibers have been used as a main fibers in apaer making in china from time immemorial. But it is the emission from the pulping proess that seriously pollutes the envirenment and restricts its development and use in papermaking. The article cites some living examples raising in recent years on wheat straw pulping of sanitary process technology for straw pulp, as well as advances the strategy of adopt a correct altitude towards and make rational use non-wood fiber pulp in our paper industry.
