摘　　要：ERP的核心是实现企业内部资源的优化配置,电子商务的核心是如何加速企业和企业之间的沟通。在分析ERP与电子商务系统的关系的基础上,提出了两系统数据集成的必要性,并结合XML相关技术及其优点,给出了一个ERP与电子商务系统数据集成的解决方案。The core of ERP is how to realize most optimum distribution of resource of enterprise, and the core of E-commerce is how to accelerate communication among the enterprises. Based on analysing the relationship between ERP and E-commerce systems the necessities of data integration are presented; Then the disadvantages and relevant technologies of XML are discussed; Finally a scheme for data integration of ERP and E-commerce systems is given.
