摘 要:准确测量传导性电磁干扰(EMI)噪声,是解决电力电子产品电磁干扰问题的重要依据.简述电磁兼容EMC传导性电磁干扰标准测试环境,提出引出地线得到真正的"单相三线"系统,解决了传统实验室测量的干扰噪声信号缺少共模噪声问题,建立符合标准的测试实验台,并阐述了实验台的设计原理和具体设计过程,通过实验证明该实验台地线的设计有效地保证了传导性EMI共模(CM)/差模(DM)噪声的测量,效果良好.Accurate diagnosis of conducted electromagnetic interference (EMI) noise is an important basis of solving the power electronic products electromagnetic interference problem. This paper introduces the standard testing environment of elctro-magnetically interfering the elctro-magnetic compatible EMC conductivity, proposes drawing out the ground line to obtain a real "single-phase three-line" system, solves the problem of noise signal lacking of common-mode noise in the measurement of traditional labs, and establishes test setup in accordance with the norm. The paper also describes the principle of test setup design and the concrete design process. The experiment proves that this test setup with the design of ground line effectively guarantees common mode (CM)/differential mode (DM) noise measurement, and that the resuits are very good.
