污水源冷热水机组的热力学分析

摘  要:简要介绍污水源冷热水机组的工作原理及污水源的特性,详细阐述了污水源冷热水机组在制冷和热泵工况下的各个设备的[火用]损失及整个机组的的[火用]效率计算公式,计算分析了机组在夏季制冷和冬季制热工况下各个设备在不同污水温度下的[火用]损失系数及整个机组的[火用]效率,夏季制冷工况时,机组的[火用]效率为41.6%~48.7%,热泵工况时,机组的[火用]效率为54.2%-59.1%.所得结果为提高系统的[火用]效率提供了有效途径.The working principles of wastewater source plant both as a water chiller and a heat pump and performances of wastewater source are briefly introduced in this paper. Then, calculating formulas on exergy destroys in refrigeration and heat pump states of main units in wastewater source plant and exergy efficiency of this kind of plant are minutely stated, which are used to analyze exergy losses in main units and exergy efficiency of the plant with different temperature wastewater sources in refrigeration and heat pump states, exergy efficiency of the plant vary from 41.6% to 48.7% in cooling condition and from 54. 2% to 59. 1% in heating condition. According to the results, efficient approaches to increase exergy efficiency of wastewater source plant both as a water chiller and a heat pump are presented.
