摘 要:研究了MBR、CBR和RBR方法在工艺求解方面的优缺点,提出主特征完全匹配和基于最近邻相似度的从特征CBR工艺求解方法.设计了基于元规则语义网络RBR工艺求解方法.分析了元规则的生成及网络运行方法.运用CBR与RBR相结合的混合推理模式,弥补单一工艺求解方法性能不足问题,并在焊接工艺计算机辅助设计软件系统中成功应用.The merits and demerits of MBR, CBR and RBR were researched from the aspect of process solution. The framework of WCAPP was constructed. An approach of CBR process solution combination primary feature matching entirely with secondary feature based on nearest neighbor similarity was proposed. RBR process solution based on meta-rule semantic network was designed. The meta-rule generation and method of network running were analyzed. The performance deficiency of single process solution was made up by synergetic reasoning mode with CBR and RBR. This reasoning mode was successfully applied in WCAPP.
