摘 要:研究了CO2改性水玻璃砂的热强度、高温强度和发气性,结果表明,随着粘结剂加入量的增加,热强度、高温强度和发气性增大;粘结剂种类不同,型砂的热强度、高温强度和发气性不同;其中,l#改性树脂改性水玻璃18#的热强度、高温强度均比普通水玻璃高,发气量则小于普通水玻璃;用扫描电镜分别观察了普通和改性水玻璃砂在加热温度为600℃、800℃、1000℃、1200℃时的高温炉内折断断口,解释了改性水玻璃砂比普通水玻璃砂高温强度高的原因。This paper focuses on CO2 modified silicate sand thermal intensity, high temperature strength and gas-forming property. The results show that: With the increase in the amount of binder, heat intensity, and high temperature strength and gas-forming property increased as well.Binder varied, so did hot sand strength,high temperature strength and gas-forming property.The heat intensity and high temperature strength of the modified resin modified 1# of 18 # hot water glass are higher than that of the ordinary high water glass, while the gas is less than that of the ordinary water glass.By using scanning electron microscopy, we observed the fracture in the high temperature furnace of general and modified sodium silicate sand in the heating temperature of 600℃, 800℃, 1000℃, 1200℃,and explained why the high temperature strength of modified silicate sand is higher than that of ordinary water glass sand.
