摘 要:采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直梯度凝胶电泳法对养殖长吻的8种组织(心脏、肝、脾、脑、眼、肌肉、肾、黏液)进行了3种同工酶(LDH、ADH、POD)的初步研究,结果表明,长吻的3种同工酶系统具有明显的组织特异性:LDH同工酶在各个组织中均表达为5条酶带,但活性呈现组织差异,Ldh-A4在肌肉中优势表达,Ldh-B4在心脏、肾脏中优势表达;ADH同工酶组织特异性显著,Adh1、Adh2为肝脏特异性酶带,Adh9为心脏特异性带;除眼、肌肉和黏液无POD同工酶表达外,其余组织均表达为1条酶带,脾脏为优势表达组织.In the studies, 3 isozymes expressed in 8 tissues (that is heart, liver, spleen, brain, eye, muscle, kidney and slime) of raised Leiocassis longirostris were investigated by polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The result showed that isozymic expression in raised L. longirostris has tissue-specificity. There were 5 LDH bands found in the tissues with different activity, Ldh-A4 isozyme expressed dominantly in the muscle, while -B4 was found in the heart and kidney with dominate activity. ADH was pigmented with heavy tissue-specificity; Adh1 and Adh2 were the characteristic bands of the liver, and Adh9 the characteristic band of the heart. Only 1 band of POD isozyme was pigmented in tissues except the eye, muscle and slime, and expressed in the spleen dominantly.
