摘 要:根据2007年杭州湾枯水期浮游植物调查数据,并结合2004~2006年的调查资料,本论文对杭州湾浮游植物群落结构进行了分析。杭州湾海域枯水期共鉴定到44种浮游藻类,密度变化范围在1.44×10^4~7.68×10^5’cells/dm^3之间,多样性指数为0.73~2.06之间,聚类分析显示该海域浮游植物基本可以分为4个类群,浮游植物密度与氨氮、硅酸盐及富营养化指数表现出显著的相关性,枯水期杭州湾浮游植物种类数及密度皆呈现上升趋势,而多样性则表现为下降趋势,优势种种类数年际变化波动较大。Based on the investigation data of phytoplankton in the Hangzhou Bay in dry season of, and combining with the data from 2004 to 2006, this paper dealt with the community structure of phytoplankton. Total 44 species of phytoplankton were identified. The abundance varied from 1.44 × 10^4 to 7.68 × 10^5 cells/dm^3 , while the biediversity index ranged between 0.73 and 2.06. The species at 18 stations can be separated into four groups by the cluster analysis. The correlation analysis showed that the abundance is the positive correlation tendencies with ammonia nitrogen, silicate and the eutrophication status index. Both the species number and cell density is the rising trend, while biediversity index is the declining trend, and the annual variation of the dominant species number varied greatly.
