宁肠汤对肠易激综合征大鼠抗氧化能力的影响

摘　　要：目的研究应激法诱导的肠易激综合征(IBS)模型大鼠抗氧化能力变化及宁肠汤对氧自由基的调节作用。方法实验动物随机分为6组:正常组、模型组、阳性对照组及宁肠汤高、中、低剂量组,以慢性束缚+夹尾刺激作为应激原诱导IBS大鼠模型。正常组、模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,中药组予不同剂量宁肠汤药液灌胃,阳性对照组予匹维溴胺水溶液灌胃,共用药4周。测定大鼠丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性,观察宁肠汤对IBS大鼠抗自由基氧化能力的调节作用。结果慢性束缚+夹尾刺激诱导的IBS大鼠抗氧化能力降低,血清MDA含量增高,SOD、T-AOC活性降低(P<0.05～0.01)。宁肠汤能降低IBS大鼠血清MDA含量,增高血清SOD、T-AOC活性(P<0.05～0.01)。结论宁肠汤可以提高IBS大鼠的抗氧化能力。Objective To investigate the regulation of Ningchang Decoction on free radical of stressed irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） rats. Methods The stressed IBS model rats were made by chronic bandaged-stress and inserting the end. The rats were randomly divided into six groups： normal control group, model control group, positive control group, high dosage of Ningchang Decoction group, middle dosage of Ningchang Decoction group, low dosage of Ningchang Decoction group. Different treatment were given to each group by ig administration for 4 weeks. The contents of SOD, MDA and T-AOC in serum of stressed IBS rats were determined and the regulation of Ningchang Decoction on them were observed. Results Stress increased the content of MDA in serum and decreased the contents of SOD and T-AOC in serum （P〈0.05-0.01）. While Ningchang Decoction could decrease the content of MDA in serum and strengthen the activity of SOD and T-AOC of stressed IBS rats （P〈0.05-0.01）. Conclusion Ningchang Decoction could increase the antioxidation capacity of stressed IBS rats.
