摘 要:采用常规的硫化浮选工艺,从含金的氧化矿中回收金.研究了磨矿细度、硫化钠、碳酸钠、丁基黄药及丁基铵黑药用量对回收金的影响.结果表明,过量的硫化钠对金有抑制作用,采用丁基黄药和丁基铵黑药混合捕收剂能提高金的回收率.在磨矿细度为89.52%-0.074 mm、原矿金品位为5.56 g/t的条件下,经一粗二精二扫选别,可获得金精矿品位为105.9 g/t、金回收率为85.27%的选别指标.In the paper,effects of the grinding fineness and the dosage of Na2S,Na2CO3 ,C4H9OCSSNa and (C4H9O)2PSSNH4 on recovering gold from the oxide ore containing Au have been studied with the con- ventional sulfide flotation process. Experimental results show that the ore needs fine grinding ,the excessive dose of Na2 S can depress gold minerals to a certain extant, the recovery of Au can be increased with the mixed collectors and the satisfactory technical index of gold can be obtained with two-stage discharge of tailings. In the small-scale test,the gold concentrate obtained is up to 105.9g/t Au in grade and the recovery of Au is 85.27 %.
