炼化企业EPC工程总承包管理模式探讨

摘　　要：EPC(设计Engineering采购Procurement施工Construction)工程总承包模式是目前国际上通行的工程建设项目基本运行模式,我国加入WTO后该市场发展迅速,已经成为建设市场一种重要的建设模式。随着中油公司的发展壮大,基本建设项目也愈来愈多,作者结合中油炼化企业建设项目的特点,提出了适合的EPC工程总承包管理模式。EPC （Engineering, Procurement ＆ Construction）, an engineering contracting mode, is a current popular running mode for engineering constructing projects in the world. After China＇s entering into the WTO, this kind of market has been developing quickly and it has become an important running mode for construction. As PetroChina has become stronger there will be more and more capital constructing projects along with its development. Based on the features of the constructing projects within PetroChina oil refining ＆ petrochemical enterprises the authors propose the EPC engineering constructing modes with its proper and practical form.
