摘  要:采用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统,对白丁香、暴马丁香、关东丁香、紫叶重瓣洋丁香、紫丁香和红丁香的净光合速率进行了测定,并分析了其日变化、季节变化和光响应曲线。结果表明:6种丁香净光合速率日变化均呈单峰曲线,6种丁香按光合能力排序由高到低依次为紫叶重瓣洋丁香、红丁香、紫丁香、白丁香、暴马丁香、关东丁香。6种丁香净光合速率季节变化趋势基本一致,但其净光合速率在月际间的变化较大。生长季中,6种丁香的平均净光合速率表现为红丁香>紫叶重瓣洋丁香>紫丁香>白丁香>暴马丁香>关东丁香。The net photosynthetic rates Of Syringa oblata vat. alba, S. reticulata var. mandshurica, S. velutina, S. vulgaris cv. "zihong", S. oblata and S. villosa, were determined with Li-6400 infrared gas analyzer. The diurnal and seasonal variations of net photosynthetic rate and the light response curves were also analysed. Result shows that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate presents a single peak curve. The order of photosynthetic abilities exhibits S. vulgaris cv. "zihong", S. villosa, S. oblata, S. oblata vat. alba, S. reticulata var. mandshurica, S. velutina from strong to weak. The seasonal changes of net photosynthetic rate of the six species of cloves are basically consistent, while month-to-month changes are much different. In the growing season, the average net photosynthetic rates of the six species of cloves show S. villosa, S. vulgaris cv. "zihong" , S. oblata, S. oblata var. alba, S. reticulata var. mandshurica, S. velutina from high to low.
