百白破疫苗接种不良反应的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的：分析百白破疫苗不良反应发生的原因并提出预防措施。方法：回顾从2006年1～12月中，共接种吸附无细胞百白破疫苗6258人次，其中基础免疫5539人次，加强免疫719人次。对接种过百白破疫苗者进行预防不良反应的护理观察。结果：接种6258人次中，共发生不良反应128例，主要以低热和中等热为主，未见潜在生命威胁的不良反应。结论：预防接种不良反应与受种者的个体差异、接种人员操作技术等有密切关系。增强责任心，规范操作流程，可减少和避免不良反应。Objective： To analyze the causes of adverse reactions due to diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus （DPT） vaccination and to put forward the preventive measures. Methods： Data from 6 258 vaccine recipients of cell-free absorbent DPT vaccine, including 5 539 receiving basic immunization and 719 receiving reinforced vaccination, in our hospital from January to December 2006, were analyzed retrospectively. Nursing observation was performed on the adverse reactions of vaccine recipients. Results： Adverse reactions occurred in 128 out of 6 258 ca- ses, characterized by mild and moderate fever without potential life-threatening adverse reactions. Conclusion： The adverse reactions of vaccination may be associated with individual differences and operating skills of the inoculators. Enhancement of the sense of responsibility and standardized operational procedures can be helpful for the decrease and avoidance of adverse reactions.
