摘　　要：艾滋病不仅仅是医学问题,而且已成为严重的社会问题,给公共卫生带来严峻挑战。艾滋病流行的影响因素十分复杂,包括生物、社会、经济、心理等方面,因此应采取综合性的控制措施,给予感染者心理支持和疏导,开展健康教育以改变高危行为,提供治疗和检测,有效遏制艾滋病快速蔓延的势头。HIV infection is not only a medical problem, but itis also becoming a serious social challenge. The factors affecting AIDS epidemic are complicated, including biological, social, economic and psychological factors. Thus integrated measures must be taken to control the transmission of AIDS, such as giving psychological support to HIV carriers, conducting health education to get rid of high risk behaviors, treating AIDS patients.
