摘  要:经过两年的试验,研究了福田红树林中底栖大型动物群落的季节变化特征以及生活污水的排灌对其造成的可能影响。结果表明,红树区底栖大型动物群落总平均生物量的季节变化是不显著的(P>0.05)。总平均栖息密度明显地在1月和7月出现两个高峰,总体和软体动物的栖息密度出现显著的季节变化(P<0.01)。红树林断面经60m3/周的生活污水处理16个月,与对照断面相比,排污对底栖动物群落总的及其组成成份生物量和栖息密度的季节变化未造成显著影响(P>0.05)。但在排放污水断面的前端出现了一些污水性生物种类。狟y investigation of two years, the characteristics of seasonal fluctuation and possible effects resulted by discharging municipal wastewater on benthic macrofauna in Futian mangroves have been studied. The results showed that, seasonal change of total mean biomass of benthic macrofauna in the mangroves was not significant(P>0.05).The value of total mean density of this fauna displayed two apparent peaks in July and January respectively, and the densities of whole fauna and mollusc revealed significantly seasonal fluctuations (P<0.01). The mangrove section was treated with municipal wastewater at a volume of 60 m3 per week for 16 continual months. By comparison with control section, discharging wastewater did not caused obvious effects on seasonal changes of biomasses and densities for total and their components of benthic macrofauna (P>0.05). However, there appeared some saprobic species in the front of treated section. 
