摘 要:介绍滑差离合器(HVD)的基本工作原理和结构。造成HVD装置开环转速平稳性不良的主要原因为HVD系统转速控制阀的常规比例溢流阀在小流量低压工况下压力控制线性度和压力稳定性不够。对此,研发出一种新型的HVD转速控制阀,该阀具有优良的压力控制线性度和压力稳定性,能够显著提高HVD装置在开环工况下输出转速的平稳性,可满足工业过程实际需要。The basic working principle and structure of hydro- viscous drive (HVD) set have been presented. The main causes resul- ting in poor speed smoothness of the HVD set under open - looped condition are the insufficient linearity of pressure control and the insufficient pressure stability of relief valve used for speed regulating purpose of the HVD set,and usually worked under condition of small flow rate and low oil pressure. For this, a special purpose speed regulating valve for HVD set has been developed, the developed valve boasting superior linearity for pressure control and good pressure stability,making it can substantially enhance the output speed smoothness of HVD set under open - looped working condition,satisfying the practical requirements in industrial process.
