摘 要:以4个苎麻品种为材料,研究了苎麻低位分枝扦插苗的插条长度与成苗率、单株根干重、主茎高度增加量、单株叶干重及分枝特性的相关性.结果表明:苎麻低位分枝扦插苗的插条长度与单株叶干重、单株分枝数、最低分枝位、最高分枝位、分枝位长均呈极显著正相关,而与成苗率、单株根干重、主茎高度增加量均呈极显著负相关,但不同品种间有差异.综合考虑,苎麻低位分枝扦插苗的插条长度在5-10cm较为理想.Four ramie varieties were selected to investigate the correlation between cuttings length of low branches and the following properties: survival rate, dry root weight, stem height recruitment, dry leaves weight, branch characteristics. Significant positive correlation could be observed between cutting length and dry leaves weight, quantities of branches, the lowest branch, the highest branch, branch length. And significant negative correlation were detected between the length and survival rate, dry root weight, stem height recruitment. No significant correlation existed between different varieties. From all above, the optimum cutting length should be about 5-10 cm.
