摘  要:采用有限元法分析了硬质合金TiC/Al2O3/TiN复合涂层的残余热应力,结果表明:TiC/Al2O3/TiN复合涂层温度从800℃下降到0℃时,等效应力在TiN层内应力最高,为3 103 MPa;三轴应力在TiN涂层内以拉应力为主,最大拉应力为1 844 MPa,在硬质合金基体内以压应力为主,其最大压应力为-1 194 MPa;TiC层内拉应力比TiN层内略小,Al2O3层为一应力低谷,夹在2个高峰之间;在刀片边缘应力相对较小,在刀片表面的中心应力相对集中.In this study, thermal residual stresses for TiC/Al2O3/TiN composite coating with cemented carbide substrate was analyzed. The calculated results showed the maximum value (3 103 MPa) of equivalent Von Mises stresses was in TiN coating when the temperature dropped to 0 ℃ from 800 ℃ ; Tensile hydrostatic stress (1 844 MPa) occured in TiN coating and compressive stresses in cemented carbides. In TiC coating tensile stress was smaller than that of TiN coating, Al2O3 coating is a tough valley of thermal stresses. On the edge of insert, thermal stress was relatively small, but piling up of stress occurs in the center of insert surface.
