摘  要:以聚醚多元醇(GE210)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和α,α-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料合成了基础聚氨酯(PU)预聚体,然后以1,4-丁二醇进一步扩链制得了水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液,最后以偶联剂γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷对PU分子进行封端,得到了稳定的改性PU乳液。通过对偶联剂的用量和封端条件等研究,确定了适合硅烷改性WPU的方式。实验结果表明,当w(硅烷偶联剂)=4%~5%时(占树脂的质量分数),硅烷偶联剂封端改性WPU乳液具有较低的表面张力,其胶膜的力学性能和耐水耐溶剂性能均相当优异。With polyether polyol(GE210), IPDI, and α,α-dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as raw materials, the polyurethane (PU) basis prepolymer was prepared, then the waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion was prepared with 1,4-butanediol as chain extender, in the end the steady modified PU emulsion was prepared with silane coupling agent(γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilicane) as blocking agent. The method of suitably WPU modified by silane was determined via the content and blocked condition of silane coupling agent were studied. The experiment results showed that the modified WPU emulsion with silane coupling agent as blocking agent had lower surface tension, its film had excellent performance of mechanical, water-resistance and solvent-resistance when the mass fraction of silane coupling agent was between 4% and 5 % in the resin.
