滑桃树内生链霉菌5B发酵产物中的一个新吡唑生物碱(英文)

摘　　要：从表面消毒的滑桃树(Trewia nudiflora Linn.)根部分离得到一株内生链霉菌5B,经10升固体YMG培养3周后,从发酵产物中分离得到一个新吡唑类生物碱。该生物碱通过理化性质、NMR及HRMS等波谱数据鉴定为5,6-dihydro-2-isopropyl-4H-pyrrolo[1,2-b]pyrazole。A new compound, 5,6-dihydro-2-isopropyl-4H-pyrrolo [ 1,2-b ] pyrazole, was isolated from 10 L YMG agar fermentation product of the endophytic strain Streptomyces sp. 5B,which was isolated from the surface sterilized root of Trewia nudiflora Linn.. The structure was elucidated by physico-chemical and spectral evidence.
