摘 要:采用荧光光谱法和紫外可见吸收光谱法研究了Cu^2+与茜素红(ARS)-H3BO3配合物间的相互作用。Cu^2+使ARS-H3BO3配合物在587nm处的荧光猝灭,并且溶液颜色由黄色变为红色。研究结果显示:Cu^2+对ARS的强结合能力使ARS-H3BO3配合物分解,同时形成ARS-Cu^2+配合物,致使体系的荧光光谱和吸收光谱均发生明显变化。Cu^2+浓度在1.0×10^-6~2.4×10^-5mol/L范围内,体系荧光强度变化与Cu^2+浓度呈现良好的线性关系,方法检出限为1.01×10^-7mol/L。该方法用于废水中Cu^2+的测定,回收率为95.5%~101.0%。The interaction between alizarin red S (ARS)-H3BO3 and Cu^2+ was investigated via fluorescence and absorption spectroscopy. The fluorescence intensity at 587 nm was quenched by the addition of Cu^2+ into ARS-H3BO3 system and the color changed from yellow to red. It was assumed that the addition of Cu^2+ which resulted in spectral changes of ARS-H3BO3 system caused ARS-H3BO3 to be decompounded and ARS-Cu^2+ complex was formed. A good linear response of fluorescence intensity as a function of Cu^2+ concentration was obtained ranging from 1.0 × 10^-6 mol/L to 2.4×10^-5mol/L ( r = 0.996) with the detection limit of 1.01 ×10^-7 mol/L. The proposed method was applied to determine Cu^2+ in discharged water and the recoveries were 95.5% - 101.0%.
